Fun Bat Walk, Glasgow Green

Another FREE event hosted by Friends of People’s Palace Winter Gardens Glasgow Green.
Meet at 7.30p.m. at The McLellan Arch, Main Entrance to Glasgow Green at Saltmarket, Glasgow G1 5DB
Come along to this interesting and informative Talk and Walk by the Bats Conservation Trust and find out all about the bats who live in Glasgow Green. The event is for both adults and children. Please note that children must be accompanied.

“This is the 4th Year Claudia and her colleagues have come along to tell us all about the bats, explain why they are a protected species and show us where they “Hang oot” in “Oor” Glesca Green.”
Assemble at 7.30pm as the bats are late sleepers – the Talk and Walk starts at 7.45 pm .The walk will finish at the Blue Bridge in Glasgow Green, so not a long walk, and then refreshments will be provided for everyone.
Important
Please wear suitable shoes and clothing? Should the weather be very bad, the walk will have to be cancelled as there will be no bats. Please check the weather forecast earlier on the day of event.
