Celtic Connections: Landless and Natalie Wildgoose
Saturday 17 January, 2026, 7. 30 p.m.
Drygate Brewery, 85 Drygate, Glasgow G4 0UT
Landless, the highly acclaimed Irish quartet of Lily Power, Meabh Meir, Ruth Clinton, and Sinéad Lynch: bring their mesmerizing, unaccompanied traditional songs to the first Saturday of Celtic Connections.
Formed in Dublin in 2013, the group revives the ancient heart of folk music through intricate, close-knit four-part harmonies. Stripping ballads and laments back to their essence, their sound has been described as “dark and majestic” and a “deliciously doomier Clannad.”
The industrial charm of Drygate will serve as the perfect, resonant chamber for their acappella mastery. Don’t miss this gripping performance of pure vocal power and timeless Irish song.

Natalie Wildgoose
With support from Natalie Wildgoose, hear for yourself why she has been likened to luminaries Molly Drake, Josephine Foster, and Joan Baez. Her ghostly take on folk tradition carries the powerful, rarefied qualities of an unearthed archive recording — so much so that you can almost blow the dust off it.
