“Gender Equality- It’s Everyone’s Business”
Why the journey towards gender equality matters for everyone.

West Dunbartonshire Libraries and Cultural Services will be celebrating International Women’s Day with a special talk by Jane Gotts at 7pm on Wednesday, 8 March at Dumbarton Library. The talk will explore why gender equality in the workplace and beyond matters for everyone.

Jane is the founding partner and Director at GenAnalytics Ltd, a specialist analytical and market insights consultancy focused on the area of business performance improvement linked to diversity and equality in the workplace. She has vast experience in business and economic consultancy, strategic business planning and international business development.
